Key accountabilities

• Lead, develop, design, and validate solutions to their requirements
• Technical responsibility in assigned projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Provide Technical Support within the Propulsion product portfolio

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum Bachelor – or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience from the maritime industry
• Experience with PLM and Design systems, NX and Teamcenter is an advantage
• Experience with Finite Element Method is an advantage
• Experience with the Thrusters Product Portfolio is beneficial, but not a requirement
• A high level of English and Norwegian communication skills, both oral and written
